seeking a Board-Certified PA or NP to support Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery patients in a nocturnal inpatient role. This is a locum tenens backfill assignment with no OR or ICU CT surgery coverage required.

Position Details

Schedule : 7 on / 7 off 12-hour night shifts (7 PM 7 AM)

Call : None

Setting :

• Vascular Surgery : ICU (co-managed with Critical Care) + Floor
• Cardiothoracic Surgery : Floor only

Patient Load : per shift 30-bed department

Team : 12 RNs, 2 PA / NPs

EMR : Epic

No rounding required focus on admissions, consults, and changes in condition

Requirements

Board Certified PA or NP

ACLS & BLS

Active NC License (no exceptions)

Clean file for temp privileges

Clinical Focus

50 / 50 split : Vascular & Cardiothoracic Surgery

All major vascular operations (no ruptures / dissections)

No OR responsibilities
