Job descriptionBachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline. CPA or Enrolled Agent certification is required. Proven experience in managing complex tax returns, including individual, trust, and partnership filings. Minimum of 5 years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax fields. Skilled in conducting virtual tax interviews. Knowledge in tax planning and audit support. Sales or marketing experience is a plus. Must fulfill IRS and state requirements. What You'll Do
- Engage with clients through personalized tax interviews in person or via virtual platforms including video, chat, and email.
- Deliver thorough and precise tax return preparation services.
- Drive business growth, enhance client loyalty, and promote additional services.
- Assist clients with IRS inquiries and support.
- Mentor team members, sharing your expertise and guidance.
- Complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment to validate your skills.
