Certs REQ : BLS, ARRT-T, Washington License

Will this traveler need to float between like units?

Open to accommodating block schedule? No, not at this time.

Locals accepted : No.

Pending License accepted : Yes

RTO Restrictions : All RTO must be included in submittal.

Special Requirements : SRS, SBRT, IMRT,3D, IGRT, electron setups. Variety of malignant and benign patient diagnoses.
