Manufacturing Operations Manager

In this role, you will coach, train, develop and evaluate employees. You will provide assistance in analyzing and solving complex manufacturing problems, and assist in obtaining resources to effectively perform operations in addition to the following :

• Nearly constant contact with others outside the work group
• Administers divisional and corporate policies
• Meets cost, schedule, and quality requirements
• Maintains corporate and unit management control systems, budget, and other information necessary to monitor performance in addition to maintaining safety and good housekeeping standards
• Complies with the terms of local and national labor agreements
• Assist in the forecasting of areas of responsibility and establishes a course of action to accomplish completion of the job or project

Compensation : The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate. The salary range for this role is ($114,400 - $179,000). The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
