This is an exciting chance for an experienced Senior Accountant who is eager to make an impact and grow into a future Accounting Manager role. You'll work closely with the Controller and be a key contributor to accurate, timely financial reporting as the company continues its expansion.

What You'll Do

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and detailed account analyses

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statement preparation

Support job costing and provide insight on project-related financial performance

Investigate variances and ensure accruals are accurate

Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls

Partner with operations teams to align financial results with project activity

Participate in external audits and regulatory filings

Contribute to ERP initiatives and process improvement efforts to streamline accounting functions

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or progress toward CPA a plus)

3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience

Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close

Background in construction or project-based accounting highly preferred

Proficiency with ERP systems (SAGE Intacct, Viewpoint, or similar) and advanced Excel skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized with strong communication abilities
