3D Print Customer Engineer

Hourly Rate : $30–$40 / hr (based on experience)

Location : Onsite with travel to customer sites

Industry : Additive Manufacturing / 3D Printing

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy 3D Print Customer Engineer to support cutting-edge 3D printing systems at customer sites. You’ll troubleshoot hardware / software issues, maintain service reports, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional support. This role involves working with S100 printers and Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) machines —both plastic and metal.

Perfect for a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate , a junior Field Service Engineer , or a software enthusiast who loves tinkering with hardware .

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for 3D printing systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues
• Maintain detailed service activity reports and documentation
• Participate in technical meetings and propose solutions
• Respond to customer issues in line with SLA agreements
• Share Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback with Product Managers
• Attend training on new products and upgrades
