We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrical Foreman to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting construction projects, leading a team of electricians, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are met. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the electrical field, with an emphasis on construction projects. Responsibilities :

As an Electrical Foreman, you will be expected to :

1. Oversee and coordinate the activities of the electrical team ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

2. Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.

3. Train and supervise electricians, promoting a culture of safety and quality.

4. Conduct quality control checks, ensuring all electrical installations meet the highest standards.

5. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.

6. Make critical decisions under pressure, always prioritizing safety and efficiency.

7. Communicate effectively with team members, other foremen, project managers, and clients.

8. Lead your team with confidence and professionalism, fostering a positive work environment.

9. Plan and schedule projects, managing resources effectively.

10. Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications :

To be considered for this role, candidates must have :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman, with a focus on construction projects.

2. Proven experience in a leadership role, managing crews and overseeing large projects.

3. The ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.

4. Extensive knowledge of electrical installations, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.

5. Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

6. The ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.

8. Strong team leadership abilities, with a focus on promoting a positive and productive work environment.

9. Excellent planning and scheduling skills, with a track record of managing resources effectively.

10. A commitment to safety, quality, and excellence in all aspects of the job.
