TSW Utility Solutions, Inc. is now hiring motivated team members to join our family! TSW Utility Solutions, Inc. is a full-service underground utility contractor that focuses on the central Indiana market. We specialize in underground water and wastewater industry services. Are you an experienced laborer with a passion for outdoor work?

We are currently looking for Construction General Laborers with experience working in water and sewer to join our team in Indianapolis, IN . In this role, you’ll work alongside a Lead Groundman, Foreman, or independently to keep projects running smoothly and safely. If you enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and contributing to a team, we want to hear from you.

The starting pay is $20.00-$26.00 per hour contingent upon experience. We are currently offering limited-time sign-on and referral bonuses to all new hires who meet the requirements outlined in our sign-on and referral bonus programs.
