Inventory Supervisor

INVENTORY SUPERVISOR - INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING

ROLE OVERVIEW :

This role is responsible for overseeing the movement and management of materials and inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that supports industrial and energy-related projects. The position ensures accurate inventory control, smooth warehouse operations, and alignment with production schedules. Prior experience in industrial manufacturing or handling materials for oil and gas applications is strongly preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manages material flow activities including receiving, staging, stock tracking, and internal distribution for manufacturing operations.
• Maintains tight control of inventory levels, ensuring availability of raw materials and components for production of insulated piping and related systems.
• Coordinates with production leadership to support scheduling priorities and minimize downtime.
• Implements and reinforces safe work practices in all warehouse and material handling tasks.
• Leads and documents periodic cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
• Assigns tasks to team members and monitors performance for accuracy and efficiency.
• Continuously evaluates processes and recommends improvements for handling industrial materials and large-scale components.
