Core Spaces is a real estate company focused on acquiring, developing, and managing student housing and build-to-rent properties. We are seeking a Community Manager to ensure exceptional resident experiences, manage leasing and administrative operations, and maintain smooth property operations.

What You Will Do

The Community Manager will be responsible for :

• Leading and supervising community staff
• Ensuring property operations are maintained to the highest standards
• Fostering positive relationships with residents and universities
• Enforcing compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborating on special projects and assignments

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 per year, as well as benefits including :
