Project Manager Healthcare

Leading architectural and engineering firm is adding a Healthcare Project Manager to their Milwaukee team!

Responsibilities :

• Develop / coordinate internal budgets (prepare additional contracts agreements and service proposals)
• Manage project from start to finish
• Manage client expectations and meet performance objectives
• Assist with design process lead meetings and presentations throughout all phases of project
• Lead staff (provide direction supervision mentoring and leadership)
• Evaluate project requirements
• Negotiate client agreement including fee and time schedule
• Complete projects on schedule and within budget while exceeding client expectations
• Build / maintain client relationships
• Review / coordinate work of outside consultants (structural mechanical electrical and fire protection)

Requirements :

Salary is commensurate with experience.
