We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Recruiter to join our team in Henrico, Virginia. In this Contract-to-Hire role, you will play a vital role in identifying and onboarding top talent to meet organizational goals. Ideal candidates will bring experience in full-cycle recruiting and demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively articulate job opportunities to candidates.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement strategies to consistently meet weekly hiring goals, ensuring the recruitment of five new employees per week.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to efficiently manage candidate workflows.
- Communicate job opportunities clearly to candidates, showcasing the role and organization effectively.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Maintain attention to detail and stay organized to manage multiple candidates and processes simultaneously.
- Adapt to varying timelines and demonstrate patience with longer hiring processes when necessary.
- Deliver measurable results without requiring micromanagement, showcasing accountability and independence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations during recruitment activities.
- At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within trucking, transportation, or related industries.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple recruitment processes.
- Ability to effectively communicate job roles and company culture to potential candidates.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems or similar recruitment platforms.
- Proven ability to meet recruitment goals and deliver consistent results.
- Patience and adaptability to navigate longer hiring processes.
- A commitment to long-term success and growth within the organization.
- Sales experience is a plus, showcasing the ability to articulate opportunities persuasively.
