Job descriptionLead and support maintenance team Complete and oversee repairs : electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, etc. Ensure timely resident service requests, including on-call rotation Maintain property appearance, safety, and compliance (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing) Manage inventory, vendors, and maintenance budget Pool maintenance experience preferred 2+ years multifamily maintenance experience EPA and CPO certification required Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills Ability to lead, train, and hold team accountable Customer-service focused

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at The Elena in Newport, TN. Ideal candidate has strong multifamily background and hands-on technical skills. EPA certification required.
