Receptionist Job Description

1. Answering phones

2. Talking to customers

3. Forwarding phones to appropriate staff

4. Managing company voicemail

5. Printing off Mail Order orders and providing to the warehouse for shipping

6. Printing off remote Mail Order that has shipped and invoicing

7. Invoicing Wholesale Orders

8. Reviewing company inbox of emails that come in from our website and pointing those orders in the right direction

9. Keeping the front receptionist area clean

10. Managing the incoming walk-in people like shipping companies, etc. and making sure they can get into the front door after they buzz in.

11. Keeping our conference room in order for meetings and making sure that it’s always tidy.

Skills

Microsoft Office, Clerical, phone support, receptionist, customer service, data entry, computer literacy, organization, inbound calls.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience, preferably front desk / receptionist
• Ability to be team player and step up and help where needed or called upon

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
