Community Hospital Corporation (CHC), a DFW Top 100 Employer, is looking for a Compliance, Risk Management and Audit Consultant based out of our home office in Plano, TX. Reporting to the VP Risk Management, Chief Compliance Officer / VP Internal Audit, this position is responsible for evaluating and directing a continuing, comprehensive program of compliance throughout organizations.
Major Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize compliance initiatives by conducting thorough assessments of the facility’s current compliance program.
- Prepare written reports as required for hospital assessments.
- Monitor compliance concerns identified via various reporting methods. Review policies and procedures related to the compliance program.
- Analyze healthcare compliance requirements and design appropriate solutions and perform regular analysis.
- Develop and modify compliance standards and procedures and participate in development of compliance programs.
- Administer and design compliance work plans to achieve compliance objectives effectively.
- Perform regular risk assessment on various facility compliance programs.
- Assist with audits of core processes for compliance with policy and / or state and federal regulations.
- Perform research and maintain knowledge on healthcare compliance regulations and statutes and manage large and complex projects to achieve all compliance objectives.
- Assist with designing tools to assess risk and monitor processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide education and training to new Compliance Officers.
- Serve as Interim Compliance Officer for facilities when needed.
- Identify and prioritize risk management initiatives by conducting thorough assessments of the facility's current risk management program.
- Prepare written reports as required for hospital risk management assessments.
- Assist with insurance renewal deadlines for various lines of coverage.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university program.A minimum of three years of compliance experience in an acute care setting is required.Skills and Knowledge
