Compensation Information :

Earning Potential : $76,900 - $191,000 per year

Signing and relocation bonuses up to $10,000

Flexible Compensation Models : Hourly and Pay-per-billed-hour options are available

Performance-based incentives of up to $9,000 a year

Core Responsibilities :

Deliver evidence-based speech therapy services

Collaborate with families, physicians, and schools

Provide culturally competent, family-centered care

Manage cases according to quality standards

Required Qualifications :

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)

Colorado DORA SLP license

BLS / CPR certification

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to sit 1-2 hours, stand / walk 4-6 hours daily, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
