A leading Am Law firm is seeking a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney with a strong mechanical-engineering background to join its growing patent prosecution and technology practice . This role offers the opportunity to work closely with innovative clients in the medical device and mechanical technology sectors , supporting their IP strategies from early development through patent issuance.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute U.S. patent applications before the USPTO
• Support patent due diligence and portfolio development
• Leverage technical expertise in mechanical engineering (or related fields) to analyze inventions, prior art, and technical disclosures
• Collaborate with multiple partners and clients to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality work
