OnScent has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Customer Growth Executive to join our Sales Team. This is primarily an inside sales role focused on fragrance creation and cosmetic ingredients, where you will manage the day-to-day needs of smaller and developing accounts-including product, pricing, and scent design requests-while supporting their growth into larger partnerships.
This position is designed for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build relationships-combining both administrative responsibilities and hands-on sales activities. Most of your work will be conducted through phone, video calls, email, and CRM management, with occasional client visits (about 10% travel) to build stronger relationships.
This position is based at our newly established Creative Center in Hackensack, NJ.
