Responsibilities Include

• Respond and engage with online and in-store sales inquiries using our CRM tool online chat email text phone and Social Media.
• Film brief vehicle overview videos and send to Guest for their motorcycle(s) of interest.
• Schedule Guests showroom visit test drive and prepare their motorcycle(s) of interest prior to arrival.
• Continue Guest engagement until the purchase transaction is closed.
• Learn how to prospect for new business using dealership database and networking activities to identify potential sales opportunities and develop personal book of repeat business.
• Update and manage Guest profiles in dealership database.
