Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) through ASCP or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a medical laboratory setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work night shifts.
