Location : Hickory NC

Salary : $100,000 – $135,000 Base Salary (DOE) + bonus / truck allowance

I'm partnered with a well-established general contractor who has built a strong reputation across North Carolina for delivering high-quality commercial and industrial projects. They have a long-standing presence in the Hickory market and are looking to add a Superintendent to lead an upcoming industrial construction project in the area.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for industrial construction projects from start to finish
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery
• Maintain safety standards and enforce site-specific safety plans
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to resolve field challenges proactively
• Lead progress meetings and maintain accurate daily reports
