Seeking a professional who will be a strategic thought partner to the CEO and business stakeholders, guiding a company's overall direction by aligning financial strategy with business goals. This key financial executive will provide strategic financial planning and insights and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance function for this $200m privately held and growing company.

We are seeking an energized, critical thinker to oversee the finance and accounting activities, with a heavy focus on long‑range planning, forecasting, risk and controls, compliance, reporting, systems and technology, and succession planning.
