School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Fort Myers, FL Area

School Year : 2025 – 2026

Preference : On-site strongly preferred; hybrid or virtual may be considered for experienced candidates

Position Overview

We’re seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services for students in the Fort Myers, FL area for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year . This is a full-time (37.5 hrs / week) position serving students across elementary, middle, or high-school settings depending on district need and candidate experience.

The district will also consider Clinical Fellows (CFs) if supervision can be arranged.

Assignment Details

Hours : Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Schedule : Monday – Friday, standard school hours

Start Date : 2025-2026 School Year

Caseload : Moderate, varies by site and student needs

Setting : School-based — may serve 1-2 campuses within the Lee County area

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy in alignment with students’ IEPs
• Conduct evaluations, write progress reports, and attend IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to district and state documentation requirements
