Proposal Management Specialist

A company is looking for a Specialist, Proposal Management to coordinate RFP submissions and support sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead assigned proposals while managing multiple concurrent RFPs and deliverables

Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate, strategic responses aligned with RFP objectives

Own the full proposal lifecycle, including intake, coordination, and timely submission

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 1+ years in RFP response or sales operations

Proven ability in project management and time management

Experience supporting sales teams with measurable impact

Familiarity with healthcare, RFP software, and technical content

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
