Objectives of the RoleSupport project completion by assisting in all phases of painting jobs setup, prep, painting, and cleanup.Follow direction from crew leaders and project managers to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition.Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment through reliability, communication, and mutual respect.Represent AllBright Pro Painting with professionalism and care on every job site.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare job sites by moving furniture, covering surfaces, and cleaning work areas.Sanding, scraping, caulking, priming, and other prep tasks as directed.Operate and clean painting tools and equipment properly after each use.Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Help maintain inventory of materials and report shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor.Support crew members with setup and cleanup to ensure efficient workflow.Uphold company values by maintaining professionalism and respect with homeowners, team members, and subcontractors.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications & SkillsPrevious painting, construction, or general labor experience is required.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on various surfaces.Dependable, punctual, and committed to teamwork.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus.
