Solutions Architect (Cloud & Infrastructure)

The Solution Architect is a critical, customer-facing role responsible for demonstrating the value of our solutions to existing and prospective clients. The Solution Architect acts as a technical expert, working alongside the Randstad Industry Group Sales and Account and Delivery Leadership teams to understand customer needs, design technical solutions, develop cost estimations and present these solutions in a clear, persuasive manner. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical professional with excellent communication and presentation skills, who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical capabilities.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Consulting or Professional Services Organization
• Previous experience developing complex solutions and managed services for clients
• Proven track record of cost estimation and extensive knowledge of pricing methodologies
• 5+ years of experience in a technical role, pre-sales or solution architecture capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
• Proven history of business development success
• Experience presenting to senior management, including C suite Executives

Pay Rate : $118,500.00 - $189,600.00 Annually

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and / or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
