The incumbent will need to carefully balance credit card loan growth, APR and write-offs to ensure long term profitability through growth in portfolio yield. To succeed in the role, the candidate needs to have a very good blend of analytical skills, process expertise, project management and relationship building.

As a Senior Analyst, you will :

• Optimize credit card pricing strategy for existing customers, leverage closed loop data and build comprehensive performance tracking.
• Leverage internal and external data sources and derive insights to come up with innovative business use cases to further pricing strategy.
• Provide thought leadership, and partner with cross-functional teams including Risk, Marketing, Product Lending, Finance, Compliance, and Technologies.
• Publish key MIS and Scorecards.
• Fully support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, escalations, customer events, etc.
• Enhance operational excellence, understand the impact of various card & lending regulations on pricing practices to ensure compliance excellence.

Minimum Qualifications :

Salary Range : $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually bonus benefits. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
