What you will experience :

• Project Engagement : Work directly on actual projects, gaining practical experience beyond what you learn in the classroom.
• Site Visits : Join site visits and observations for firsthand exposure to construction methods and progress.
• Design Process Insight : Observe how creative concepts evolve into technical plans, coordinated with architects and contractors, and ultimately realized on-site.
• Team Collaboration : Integrate with engineers, designers, and project managers, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to each assignment.
• Structural Software Training : Apply structural analysis and simulations using industry-standard tools such as Revit, RAM, and RISA. Help us solve complex problems integrating AI tools.
• Educational Webinars : Our team at KPFF Latitude offers several educational webinars a month driven by our CIP Team, focusing on technical topics and relevant industry topics.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Position Details and Compensation

This is a temporary, non-exempt position. Overtime is compensated at one-and-a-half times the hourly rate. The salary is competitive and based on experience, education, location, and skillset; qualified candidates can expect a pay range of $26–$35 per hour.
