The Houston County School District (HCSD) maintains a standing Classified Talent Pool so principals and department supervisors can move quickly when openings arise in support roles. Smaller campuses and close collaboration with certified staff give classified employees meaningful responsibility and clear pathways for advancement. Provide cleaning and disinfection services to campuses

Clerical / Office Staffing

Support the school district through clerical tasks in a variety of office duties

Maintenance

Ensure school campuses are in working order and facilities are safe, secure, and usable

Grounds & Transportation

Maintain school grounds or provide transportation maintenance and services (traditional vehicle and bus)
