Transportation Supervisor Crude

Maverik is hiring a  Transport Dispatcher responsible for managing daily fuel load planning, coordinating deliveries, and supporting logistics operations across our region. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, bonus eligibility, and in-store discounts.

THIS POSITION IS A FULL-TIME, IN-OFFICE ROLE BASED IN WOODS CROSS, UT.

Shift Details

Schedule : 5 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 AM

Days Off : Thursday & Friday

Pay Range : DOE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare, monitor, and manage petroleum transport and load planning for an assigned region, applying supply directives into the Gravitate dispatch system.

Develop daily load plans to ensure timely delivery to each store based on forecasts and changing operational needs.

Adjust plans as needed due to demand changes, supply constraints, road conditions, maintenance issues, and personnel updates.

Ensure trucks are loaded to maximum legal capacity and deliveries comply with Hours of Service requirements.

Verify all DOT requirements—registrations, permits, and related documentation—are always current.

Assist in managing supplier and carrier relationships to support strong performance, accountability, and communication.

Work four consecutive 12-hour shifts with two days off.

Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications : Education

High School Diploma / GED equivalent required.

Qualifications : Experience

3+ years of experience in a dispatching role required.

Experience in logistics preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications : Competencies

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills.

Ability to operate independently without continuous oversight or direction.

Proven ability to effectively prioritize competing needs in a fast-paced environment.

Strong self-awareness and understanding of personal strengths and how they impact performance.

Pay Range :   DOE

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as scope and responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
