Garage Floor Masters LLC is rapidly expanding, and we're seeking driven, hands-on individuals to join our East Tennessee team as Floor Coating Technicians. In this full-time role, you'll help transform residential, commercial, and industrial concrete surfaces using advanced coating systems. Experience is a plus-but not required. We'll train you and set you up with the skills and certifications you need to thrive in a high-demand trade.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare concrete surfaces for coatings using grinders and other tools
• Apply floor coatings, including base layers, flakes, and topcoats
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
• Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment efficiently and safely
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Qualifications :

Must have hands on experience on general labor or landscaping (at least 8 months)

High school diploma or GED preferred

1+ year of construction or trade experience preferred (not required)

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 60+ pounds and stand for long periods

Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude

Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow with the company

Clean, professional communication and a no-drama mindset
