Program Overview

This position is part of our Information Technology Solutions (ITS) Entry Level Rotation Program. The ITS Rotation Program provides the foundation for the future success of Solar Turbines technology professionals and the organization. The program aims to start the development and training of the next generation of well-rounded and highly competent technology professionals through an analyst rotation program.

• Preparation for a challenging and rewarding technology career

Rotations : Rotation assignments vary for each individual and are decided upon between management and the employee based on business needs. Work assignments can range from assisting in quality assurance, software development, customer support, project management, and system administration.

Each program consists of yearly rotations in departments such as :

Interfacing with critical support and business roles to understand the technology life cycle and how IT supports the business. As rotations near the end, management works with the analyst to align ITS needs with a department for the Long Term Assignment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary for this role ranges from $82,625 to $103,653. Actual salary will be based on experience. The total rewards package includes :

Posting location : San Diego, CA
