Job Title : CNC Operator

Location : Nashua, NH

Pay Rate :

• 1st Shift : $18.00 – $23.00 / hour
• 2nd Shift : $20.00 – $25.00 / hour
• 3rd Shift : $23.00 – $29.00 / hour

Shift Schedule :

Job Type : Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Do :

Operate CNC mills or lathes according to setup instructions and specifications

Load and unload raw materials and finished parts

Monitor machine operations and inspect parts during production to ensure quality

Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools

Identify and communicate irregularities or equipment issues to supervisors

Keep accurate records of work performed and report deviations from standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety policies

What We’re Looking For :

1+ year of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions

Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods

Preferred Experience :

Exposure to both CNC milling and turning operations

Experience working with aluminum, stainless steel, and other materials

Basic understanding of G-code and shop math

Proven ability to meet production and quality goals

Pay Details : $18.00 to $29.00 per hour
