Job Summary
This role leads helpdesk operations and provides technical support across the organization. It ensures quick resolution of hardware, software, and application-related issues, while guiding users and promoting best practices.
This role also improves application support processes, collaborates with teams to enhance system performance, and aligns IT support with company goals. Through leadership and expertise, this role empowers employees and strengthens the company's technology foundation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage CPSG's helpdesk in coordination with Chamberlain Group (CG) helpdesk. Responsible for fielding, triage, and resolution within defined SLAs.
- Oversee imaging, deployment and inventory of PCs, laptops, and mobile devices for all CPSG employees. This includes managing CPSG specific applications and customizations.
- Manage CPSG onboarding new hires : collaborate with HR, procure equipment, provision accounts, manage access and lead IT orientation
- Manage user changes in Active Directory / Entra ID (moves, adds, and changes).
- Handle CPSG IT offboarding : disable accounts, revoke access to resources and retrieve company-issued equipment
- Manage and support CPSG's telecom services.
- Support CPSG's branch network infrastructure : deploy and maintain routers, firewalls, switches and wireless access points. Coordinate with vendors for internet, cabling and electrical work. Occasional travel may be required
- Administer CPSG's application stack, including Epicor Prophet 21 and third party integrations. Maintain technical relationships with Epicor and vendors; manage break / fix issues, upgrades, and customizations
- Assist with back-office environment maintenance (application, web and database servers).
- Develop and enforce IT standards, policies, and procedures. Promote process simplification and operational efficiency
- Lead IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with IT policies.
- Provide backup coverage for IT staff during vacations and holidays, including temporary duties outside the standard scope.
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams
- Protect CPSG's reputation by keeping information confidential
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Education / Certifications :
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Experience :
5+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk operations, and / or application support roleKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

The pay range for this position is $101,065.00 - $172,781.50; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and / or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
