Job description

Overview

The Business Information Specialist will be responsible for all Equipment Solutions (EQS) reporting to our customers. The specialist must have great attention to detail and constantly verifying the integrity of the numbers. The specialist must work with EQS management, Product Management, Sales and Marketing, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and suppliers to understand requirements and deliver useful data.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and be the expert with the Data Warehouse
  • Create Ad-Hoc queries for EQS, Customers, and Suppliers
  • Responsible for sales reporting for all programs
  • Interface with outside IT support agencies when needed
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets
  • Effectively manage time to deliver reports by agreed upon deadlines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or 3-5 years of related experience
  • Information Management experience
  • Excellent query and data access skills
  • Data Warehouse knowledge
  • Client Relationship skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with management reports, with sensitive data, and interface with top EQS management
  • Ability to work independently
