Main Objectives of an Entry Level Manager

Lead and support customer-facing sales representatives on the retail floor.

Assist customers directly and model strong AT&T sales interactions.

Help drive device and wireless plan sales toward daily and weekly targets.

Coordinate retail floor activity and ensure efficient customer flow.

Train and mentor new team members.

Track performance metrics and share insights with upper management.

Maintain updated product knowledge and support team learning.

Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
