- Partnership after 2 years; ownership in the endoscopy center
- $20k - $25k sign-on bonus; $15k for relocation assistance
- 20 days of PTO plus holidays; 5 days of CME time with a $3k allowance
- Mostly outpatient
- Must be board certified or board eligible; fellowship required
- 2 clinic and 3 procedure days from Monday through Friday; 2 weeks of call per year
