What Youll Do

• Meet and exceed membership and retail sales goals
• Learn and master our menu of services (well train you!)
• Deliver exceptional service and build lasting guest relationships
• Communicate clearly about promotions, services, and memberships
• Maintain spa cleanliness and organization
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with daily operations
• Keep the energy high and the environment upbeat
