What You'll Do

You'll work remotely from your home base in South Jersey (or North PA), managing repair calls.

Your primary mission : resolve fitness equipment service requests efficiently, professionally, and with minimal downtime for both commercial and residential customers.

Key responsibilities include :

• Diagnosing and repairing fitness equipment at clubs, corporate wellness centers, hotels, hospitals, and private residences
• Managing parts inventory and field service documentation with precision
• Performing root cause analyses and providing technical education to customers
• Routing and prioritizing work orders based on territory and need
• Participating in product feedback loops and escalating complex issues as needed
• Ensuring all vehicle, tool, and safety protocols are followed per company standards
