Master Scheduler

Element San Bernardino is seeking a Master Scheduler to lead project planning, resource coordination, and productivity tracking to ensure alignment with customer schedules. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to support a fast-paced and dynamic environment through effective forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement Salary : $75,000 - $95,000 / yr DOE.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain accurate project schedules
• Monitor daily productivity and support on-time delivery
• Coordinate materials, manage BOMs, and identify long-lead items
• Collaborate with Project Managers on delivery timelines
• Track cross-functional training and skill matrices
• Support resource planning and headcount forecasting
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Develop dashboards and performance metrics
• Forecast revenue, productivity, EBITDA, and on-time delivery
• Perform tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
• Manage throughput capacity including staffing levels are adequate to support customer demands
