The Opportunity

We're looking for a Field Manager who brings deep knowledge of residential construction best practices across all trades - and the right mindset to thrive in a high-performance, values-driven environment. As a Field Manager, you will be the on-site leader, ensuring every project is executed with precision, safety, and excellence. You'll coordinate the trades, keep the site running smoothly, and set the tone for quality and teamwork.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily site operations for residential remodels and additions.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials, and inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and local building codes.
• Track progress and communicate updates to the Project Manager and clients.
• Anticipate and resolve job site challenges before they impact schedule or cost.
• Support estimating and pre-construction efforts with site knowledge.
• Represent Gannage's core values of integrity, craftsmanship, and accountability in every interaction.
