Job Description

The Vice President of EHS - Construction provides executive leadership and strategic direction for all Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives across T5's development and construction portfolio. This role establishes the vision, governance framework, and performance standards that drive a world-class safety culture throughout the organization. The VP ensures that all construction and development activities operate with the highest levels of safety, security, environmental compliance, and operational integrity.

Serving as the senior authority on EHS matters, the VP partners with executive leadership, site teams, and clients to reduce risk, elevate compliance, and implement scalable systems that support T5's rapid growth. This position plays a critical role in protecting people, property, and brand reputation while enabling high-performance execution across multiple, complex, mission-critical construction programs.
