We have an immediate need for a skilled Property Maintenance / Equipment Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel between our various commercial properties (convenience stores / apartment complex) in Niagara and Northern Erie County and maintain, diagnose and repair their existing equipment / appliances as needed. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has the technical skills to get the job done.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Respond to tenant requests for apartment repairs / serviceRespond to Store Manager / Owner requests for repairs / service at Convenience StoresEvaluate and diagnose equipment / appliance problemsEstimate the costs of appliance repair, service, and installationRepair appliances / equipment or arrange for outside contractor repair if deemed necessaryProvide preventative maintenance and warranty servicesAdhere to manufacturer recommendationsOversee outdoor property management at all locationsMaintain accurate and detailed recordsQualifications
High school diploma / GEDPrevious experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or Property Management is preferredValid drivers licenseExperience diagnosing issues with AC and RefrigerationExcellent communication skills
