Description of the role :

The Body Shop Customer Service Representative at Wilson Ford Lincoln will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients requiring assistance with body shop repairs.

Responsibilities :

Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding body shop repairs
Coordinate communication between customers and the body shop team
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the repair process
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in customer service is preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of automotive repairs
