Schedule : Full Time RN Medical Surgical- Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Shift : Days (630am-7pm) & Nights (630pm-7am) available.

The role you'll contribute :

Responsible for promoting and restoring patients' health by completing the nursing process. This position collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care. Additionally, this role offers physical and psychological support to patients and families. This position may supervise assigned team members to ensure quality care. Responsibilities for this role include providing care consistent with the policies, procedures, and standards of the facility and relevant state nursing practice regulations.

Qualifications

The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed :

Associate's of Nursing Required

Bachelor's of Nursing Preferred

One or more years of Work Experience Preferred

Organizational and multi-tasking skills

Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures

Ability to work as a Team player within a unit

Effective verbal and oral communication and problem-solving skills

EKG (based on patient population; see document EKG and Advanced Life Support Requirements)

Registered Nurse (RN) Required

American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) Preferred

Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required

Electronic Fetal Monitoring (CEFM) Preferred

Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer w / OB / GYN Spec (ARDMSOB) Preferred

Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer w / OB / GYN Spec (ARDMSOB) Preferred

Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse (CPEN) Preferred

International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) Preferred

Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) Preferred

Critical Care Registered Nurse - Tele-ICU (CCRN-E) Preferred

Chemotherapy Certification (CHEMO) Preferred

Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) Preferred

Neonatal Med Certification (NEONATAL MED) Preferred

Pediatric ER Assess, Recog & Stabilization (PEARS) Preferred

NIH Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS) Preferred

NonViolent Crisis Intervention Program (CPI) Preferred
