About The Position
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and swallowing functions.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Provide therapy for speech, voice, fluency, and cognitive-communication disorders.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
Educate patients and families on treatment techniques and progress expectations.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with facility and state regulations.
Stay updated with current best practices and continuing education requirements.

Job Requirements
Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
Experience in [hospital, school, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing facility] preferred.
