Family Practice / Primary Care Physician Assistant

Job Function :

Function independently while managing a personal panel of patients.

Provide care to patients of all ages (5-100), with an option for an adult-only panel if family medicine training is not completed.

Deliver full-spectrum primary care, including diagnosing and treating medical illnesses and making specialist referrals.

Serve a diverse patient population in a community health setting, treating both routine and chronic conditions.

Job Requirements :

Valid Physician Assistant license for the state of NY.

DEA registration and CSR (active or applied) preferred but not required.

2 years of professional experience as a Physician Assistant.

• Bilingual Spanish Preferred
