Job description

Location : Situated in Northeast Ohio, covers 26 miles of beautiful Lake Erie shoreline and is home to the Grand River Valley, Ohio's Wine Country. Over two dozen wineries throughout the region feature fine wines produced from vineyards that grow 50% of Ohio's grapes. Discover 19 covered bridges, 4 scenic rivers, 2 state parks and some of the best steelhead, walleye and perch fishing in the country. About 53 miles to Cleveland!

Facility : Medical Center providing quality healthcare to positively impact the health of the community.

Opportunity :

  • Provider will be expected to see 15-20 patients per day
  • Full-time negotiable schedule
  • On call 10 days per month
  • 100% adult population of patients
  • 0-5% trauma-based
  • 95% outpatient, 5% inpatient, 0% rehab, 0% sleep (negotiable)
  • 50 Physicians in the group with 10 APP
  • Lab onsite
  • X-Ray onsite
  • Ancillary Office Staff : 1 EMG tec, 1 LPN, Shared Receptionist
  • Equipment : EMG
  • EMR - EPIC
  • Qualify for federal school loan forgiveness program

Compensation :

  • Salary range : (to be discussed at interview).
  • Sign on bonus - negotiable
