Other Details : Floating Requirements : RNs not fully cross-trained to other departments are expected to assist if floating as "helping hands". May elect to fully crosstrain to other departments.Ratios : max 1 RN : 4-5 pts on days, 1 RN : 5 pts on nightsCharting System : MEDITECH - 5.66
