We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician specializing in wound care to join our healthcare team in Chicago, IL. The successful candidate will provide expert bedside wound care ensuring the highest standards of patient care and recovery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Bedside Wound Care : Provide comprehensive bedside wound care to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, utilizing the latest techniques and best practices.
• Wound Assessments and Treatment Plans : Conduct thorough wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to promote optimal healing.
• Advanced Wound Care Procedures : Perform advanced wound care procedures, employing specialized tools and technologies to aid in patient recovery and accurate documentation.
• Collaboration : Work closely with facility staff and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and continuous care for patients.
• Documentation : Maintain precise and timely documentation within a custom Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to ensure compliance and facilitate seamless care.
• Referrals : Identify and refer patients to other providers or services when additional care or expertise is required.
• Clinical Guidance and Mentorship : Serve as a collaborating physician for nurse practitioners or physician assistants, providing clinical guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Quality Improvement : Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care standards and support high-quality patient outcomes.
